How do I view my portraits and order online?
Click on Schools from the top selections on the website, in the drop down menu select Client Galleries, click on your school and type in your password that you were given in the parent letter at school. You can get to the order window two ways. First, above the thumbnail is the word packages. You can click on that to view the contents of each package and order from there. Also, after clicking on the thumbnail, a larger view of your portrait will appear. As you are viewing your portrait, click on the little shopping cart icon on the top and it will prompt you to order. To view the contents of each package here, click on the question mark next to it.
Can I use Pay Pal or a Credit Card?
Yes, both a Pay Pal account and any major credit card is accepted.
How do I receive my school photos and is there a shipping charge?
The school portraits will be hand delivered by Expressions Photography to each school, and there is NO SHIPPING CHARGE. Just select FREE DELIVERY under shipping method (it is the only option), and you will not be charged for shipping.
Shipping Information for Events
There may be a small shipping charge for events if they will be mailed to your home.
Why don’t I see my child’s school gallery up on the website?
Your child’s school gallery will be up within 24 hours of the last picture day. Some schools are two day picture days, and some are one. If your child had their photo taken the first day, your school’s photos will be up 24 hours after the second picture day. You will also not be able to view your child’s school gallery after a selected date. You will be notified of this date in your parent letter, a permission slip, as well as a reminder e-mail from the school. Contact Expressions Photography if you are not able to view your child’s photo within this time due to vacation or extreme circumstances. Thank you.
Can I view the Specialty Products before ordering them?
Yes, you can view photos of each specialty item offered under Schools/Specialty Products. During the ordering process, you are not able to view photos of these items, but you can see them on the separate page before you place your order.
What if I do not want to order online?
Ordering online is guaranteed safe and secure, and it is the easiest way to order. If you do not want to place your order online, call or e-mail Ana at Expressions Photography, and you can place your order over the phone with a credit card or cash/check to be mailed to Expressions Photography. 302-300-7569 or ana@photosbyexpressions.marathonwp.com. The deadline for placing orders still applies whether it is an online order or over the phone. Thank you.
